These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of products and services provided by ls.graphics (“we,” “our,” “us”). By purchasing or using our products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
“Products” means all digital goods offered by ls.graphics, including mockups, UI kits, illustrations, abstractions, and access to the online mockup editor.
“Services” means the ls.graphics website and related platforms used for purchasing, downloading, or editing Products.
“User” or “you” means any individual or entity purchasing or using Products or Services.
Payments are processed securely through Paddle, our authorized reseller and payment provider.
We do not store or process your credit card or payment information. All such data is handled by Paddle.
Products are delivered digitally, and subscriptions provide access to Products and Services for the purchased term.
We offer monthly, quarterly, and annual subscriptions, which automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account on the ls.graphics website.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund past payments unless covered under our Refund Policy (see Section 6).
By purchasing a Product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it under the following conditions:
You may use Products in your personal and commercial projects, including projects for clients.
You may modify Products to suit your project requirements.
You may not redistribute, resell, lease, license, sublicense, or otherwise transfer Products to third parties.
You may not include Products as attachments in resalable web applications, templates, frameworks, or software programs.
You may not share download links or source files publicly.
You may not imitate or replicate the core principles of our Products (e.g., creating a pattern generator based on our patterns).
You may not modify and resell Products as your own work.
You may not use our designs to generate derivative code or tools for resale.
You may not use our mockups or illustrations as bundled “gifts” in resold templates or themes.
All rights remain with ls.graphics. Purchase grants a license to use, not ownership of the Product.
ls.graphics may use images or names of third-party products in mockups. Intellectual property rights in such products belong to their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by such owners.
By accessing and using these assets, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with any applicable third-party brand use guidelines.
All content, including Products, website materials, branding, and designs, are the intellectual property of ls.graphics and protected by copyright and trademark law.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Refunds do not apply if:
The request is made after the 14-day period.
Products have been misused, altered, or resold.
The issue is unrelated to product quality or functionality.
The refund request is based on buyer’s remorse or accidental purchase.
Refunds must be requested via the refund request form available on our website (powered by Chaport).
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Personal data: email address (for purchases, subscriptions, and communication).
Payment data: processed exclusively by Paddle (we do not store your payment details).
Analytics data: collected via Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica, and Chaport (IP address, browser type, usage patterns).
To process transactions and deliver Products.
To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
To improve our Services through analytics.
To send important account or subscription-related communications.
We do not sell or rent your personal data.
We may share data with trusted third-party providers (Paddle, analytics services, chat support) strictly for service delivery.
You may request deletion of your personal data (“right to be forgotten”) at any time by contacting us.
You may request access to, correction of, or restriction on the use of your personal data.
Products and Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee that Products or Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ls.graphics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability, for any claim arising out of or related to your use of Products or Services, shall not exceed the amount paid for the Product or subscription.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Products or Services if you violate these Terms, including misuse of Products or non-compliance with license restrictions.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our Products or Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international e-commerce law. Disputes shall be resolved in a competent court of law as determined by ls.graphics.
